A Night of Prophecy is a film about poetry, songs and the passage of time through multiple journeys along fault lines in a democracy. Interrogating the nation, its history and future the film and the poets open up an underbelly seldom experienced. The film is in 11 languages (subtitled in English) and travels across the Indian subcontinent through the states of Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Nagaland and Kashmir.
